Peppermint Patties – A healthy version.
Do you love peppermint and dark chocolate and want a healthy way to indulge?
This recipe is for you! Super easy and melt in your mouth good!
Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties
1/2 cup coconut oil (should be soft but not melted)
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp raw honey
dash of sea salt
10 drops Young Living Vitality™ Peppermint Essential Oil
Stir together until combined well.
Use a scoop or spoon and place small mounds on wax paper. Chill to harden.
1/3 cup of Ghiradelli 60% Cacoa Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips
Melt in small bowl or measuring cup by setting bowl or cup in a pot of water turned on low.
Remove from heat. Stir in 4 drops of Young Living Vitality™ Peppermint Essential Oil.
Use forks to dip peppermint patties and cover in chocolate. Return to wax paper. Store in refrigerator.
I haven’t figured out how to make them pretty, but boy do they taste good!
