What touches your body 24/7?

Your laundry detergent.

Ever thought about the chemicals that are rubbing on your skin every minute of the day? Harmful for many reasons, but one is that they are endocrine disruptors. This means they alter our hormonal balance. Not good!

To find out what grade your laundry detergent receives, and what may be a better alternative, look it up here: http://www.ewg.org/…/subc…/47-LaundryDetergentGeneralPurpose

And if you’ve thought about making your own, here’s a good reason not to: http://butterbeliever.com/homemade-laundry-detergent-soap-…/

There are some good choices on the market, I’ve found Thieves to work well and clean my clothes better than Tide.

And skip the dryer sheets – as long as your clothes don’t keep tumbling in hot air after they are dry, they won’t have static.
